if she has been big for a long time, I suppose she has become used to the negative comments people make, and her reply about having a nice face is probably a defence mechanism she has put in place to try and make herself feel less rejected by society.
Besides which, in my experience, a lot of bigger ladies do have nice faces.

big girls think it does not matter if there fat cos there have a pretty face, but it does matter whats the point in having a pretty face when there have a ugly body thats very unhealthy

because she feels her body is inadequate where as a girl with a hot figure and ugly features still feels good about herself.
She is saying I do have one redeeming feature -
Also a person with a pretty face was probably told all her life how pretty she is and is upset people can't see past the body

If you think that looks only get you so far, then why should it matter whether or not someone is a "big girl"?

to make up for a body that society says is ugly. I have been with big girls and small girls both have good points and bad points
