Why is this? If a gang member goes rapes and kills a girl the cops will put some effort in it but if a vigilante goes and kills that gangster that cops will find the person in a matter of hours? Why put more effort in find the good person than the gangster?

Like God, nothing pisses off cops more than someone trespassing on their turf. Also the vigilante might get the bad guys sooner or more often and make the cops look bad to everybody. Can't have that.

work on your grammar. This question makes my head hurt. but to answer your question (atleast I think it's the question) the reason cops find the vigilante faster than the gangbanger. Is that usually the gangbanger doesnt make it easy for himself to be found. A vigilante, nine times out of ten, will take credit for his work... i.e. easier to find. not a difference in effort, a difference in difficulty.

Why turn loose Rodney King and OJ Simpson? Figure it out, man. Justice is broken.
