and don't be afraid to look in thrift stores! A lot of old fashioned, groovy, and hobo styles are coming back. Thrift stores have GREAT skirts (you can shorten them too) plus they're not expensive!

depends where you live and whats available, Topshop and forever 21 have some good skirts at the moment.
