Depends on your career priorities.
If you want to do for management in pharmacy or alike, MBA is better.
If you want technical job MSc is must.
Whatever you do, best institution and your performance is important.
I have seen many MBAs not getting as much as BSc DBM guyes.
Same is true for MSc verses BSc DMLT.

It depends on your interest. If you are looking to go in education field then M. Sc. will be beneficial. Same is case if you like to go for research etc. However there are limit opportunities in these fields especially in India so if you are not great in this field then more generic area like MBA will beneficial as there you will have more opportunities and you may fit in one of them if you are not great in science but are fine in business and allied area.
So you have to put your interest and skills on table and then decide.

Msc. Is the best chioce because your graduation in bio-technology can be applied there.
There are reputed institutions offering bio-tenchnology courses in M-tech or Msc.
