Yes I have and I scored well that day. No sooner had I picked up the butt and took a puff and some nice lady put a quarter and a penny in my hat.
Umm, do you think I can catch their DNA from the butt and turn into somebody else?

A homeless person is not weird because they pick up a cigarette butt. I have seen teenagers pick up the butts to get a few "drags" out of the cig. No one should ever be considered weird because of that! I would maybe offer that person a cigarette or two if they needed one and anything else I could afford to give them. Sometimes it is not there fault they are homeless. I look at it in the perspective, how would I want to be treated if the role was reversed and I was the homeless person!

No. I can buy my own smokes if I need them. That is risky picking it up off the ground. Too many diseases out there today to do that.
