Seriously, most women are NOT team players. They are divisive and only care about being catty and taking care of their friends. They will do whatever it takes to keep down men, no matter how talented or hard-working they are. Ok, not all of them are like this, but many are.

I never used to think this way until I've seen the end result of a group of them taking over a workplace multiple times. Usually there are many STUPID fights, their friends get promoted over qualified people, especially men, and the smear-tactics get nasty.

If you're a guy, can you see what I'm talking about? If you're a woman, can you agree that this often ends up being the case when women get in positions of authority?

You are absolutely right. Now, we just have to convince them.

I work for a very large company that is 99% women. Most (but not all) of what you are saying is untrue. What is true, and it has been researched, is that men cannot multi-task, and many are not detail oriented. My job requires lots of multi-tasking, and details. This is why my business is managed and operated by women. Men cannot handle it, and don't usually last very long on the job. It's not about putting a man down, it's about men not being able to do the job. The women I work with do not "take care of their friends". However, there are stupid fights, and when it's that time of month, well, it's like hell joined earth.

Women are a lot more vengeful than men, I think. And when we get into positions of authority, we want to prove that we belong there. And we do. Some of us are better at it than others. I, personally, would never want to be in a position of authority, but that's just my personality. I have, however, been bossed around by many women. I much prefer men as my bosses.

Dont make a mountain out of a molehill, sweetie! Men do act like that as well and worse. If you have been observing women in the workplace for a long time, there are things you are missing. We accomplish more in a short period of time, unlike men who have to deal with his ego and office politics. I, too, have been observing your kind in the workplace. Believe me, its even worse. But thats another question I can post here then!

I suspect that your negative personal experience(s) have skewed your ability to impartially evaluate the larger picture. Everything you attribute to females in positions of authority I have seen perpetrated by males in positions of authority. These are symptoms of a dysfunctional organization that has not developed sufficient and effective policy to prevent/correct the problems - they are not exclusively generated by either gender. The only job I can think of that a properly trained and educated woman would not be qualified for would be that of sperm donor.

I really hate how alot of people men and women can act in the professional workplace, i mean it's a place of business and yet from my experience it's alot like being in High School, there's always people who do work, but mostly spend alot of time talking, getting upset at other workers and talking behind their backs. So really anwhere you work, it can be anyone that act like that in my opinion.

Sexist much? I've worked with men that have done the exact same things that you just described. Bottom line is...some people have no business being in positions of authority, regardless of gender.

Actually I have to agree with you. I'm not saying all women are like that but it definitely happens. And, admittedly, more so with women. At least in my experience...

Though you do have to consider the fact that many women are movied up in companies by men, and not because they're qualified. ;)

I can't think of any job that a woman can't do as well as a man. Although if the job requires physical strength there will be fewer woman that can do the job.
