Networking ,connections get your name out where wealthy people gather. With the demand for housing in Vegas I wonder why you aren't getting that type of buyers already go after your clients but in a classy way.

generally, the clients come to you. work for a company that specilizes in selling high end properties. advertise. join country club,go to culture events, attend church in richest part of town, use contacts, socialize with rich people.

Hook up with people who are willing to buy near/foreclosures... let the banks know that you have expensive property you need to move... they are the ones who pre-approve people for morgages...hope that helps.
