If you have windows XP and another user also. Then log in with different user. Press windows button click the photo at the top. Now delete your existing username and then create a new one with new password.
You don't need password to delete your account.

Log on with the administrator account. Go into Users & Passwords in Control Panel and change the password for your user account.

I am not really sure what you want. Anyway, go to your Browser or site or wherever you were using your passpord and/or username and usually appears the phrase " You Forgot your Password" and then you click there. Or if possible, write a note-email to the Browser involved. Too, click where is says "HELP". I am sure your worries are going to be ok. Wish you the best....................

Well I hope you aren't talkin CMOS. In your windows directory there will be files "fsfagfjgfa.pwl" one of them is your name delete it then reboot. It will ask you to sign in, create a new user name and password.
