Movies are bad adaptation of the novels!!! There is so much more mystery in the book which is missing in the movies because of cost & time constraints!!! Books are much better!! My fav is HERMIONE!!! She is a perfect mix of beauty & brains!!!

I love the books more, because I started reading them about two years before the first movie came out...and of course books always give more details about everything than movies...but I do love the movies too, 'cause it's fun to see what you've imagined come to life. My favourite book and movie were both "The Goblet of Fire" and my favourite characters are the Weasley twins in the books, and Ron Weasley in the movies! : ) I can't wait 'til the final book comes out next July!!!

I totally love the books. The movies are okay but when the original Dumbledorf past away it just wasn't the same anymore. I do like Harry and Herminone, but Snake ... now that's a character.

i like the books better than the movie but i always like to see how they've set out the next movie.
i am a huge fan of the book, i have even worked out who R.A.B is .
it turns out that it is sirius's brother Regulas!
i worked it out myself, just follow all the clues.
whose last name starts with B?
i studied all the character and it went down to Black, sirius's name doesn't start with a R, but his little brother did!
then the note called voldemort "the dark lord", like harry mentioned, only his death eaters call voldemort the "dark lord"!
next it said "i will be long dead before you read this" and Regulas died 16 years ago!
and finnaly, they said that Regulas died at the hands of the death eaters for betrayal, maybe that's why he was killed! for tampering with the horcruxes!
by the way, my fav. character is probably Dumbledore. the legend that can go through anything without a scratch on him!
also the respect he commands amongst the creatures and the humans not to mention his likes for the normal muggle objects and games like ten-pin bowling. sherbet lemons and his childish likes for chocolate clusters and other candies!

The cult crazed success of the Harry Potter films put me off following the epic. J.K. Rowling's rags to billionairess story of her creating Potter and their characters is wonderful to know, but the global fan-cult flood bordering on obsession of these films had me content to sit on the sidelines and watch it all pass by.

I think it is exciting to watch but, as with anything better to read. However, I get bored with the other parts of the series in the film. Hence I think it is ok for kids and those young at heart.
