Do normal people actually exist on the internet ?

There are plenty of normal people; however chat rooms and general public areas are dominated by children (9 to 14 year old's), so the maturity level is in it's infancy.

Furthermore, for men the internet is anonymous, so they can be at their worst without fear of getting caught. 90% of the jerks on the internet wouldn't dare talking, or acting the way they do on the internet in real life. 99% of the boys/men on the internet you would have nothing to do with in real life. 80% of the men on the internet don't have the looks, personality, single status, or the courage or the opportunity to talk to many women in real life, it's like shooting fish in a barrell on the internet.

My advice to you it to find an interest, and go where your interests are on the internet, rather than the general areas. You could also seek out women only interests if men are being too harrassing or rude.

Yes every one on here is normal. No one knows who you are so you can say any thing you want. Answers isn't a conversation type form anyway. I can be a total jerk or a sympathetic psychologist depending on my mood. There do seem to be some people on here that are just not to bright but that's normal too I seem to run into those kind of people on the street everyday.

I think I am fairly normal and I love the internet. Although who is really normal? I just define myself that way because I'm not some weird freak. I do enjoy looking at goofy things on the internet (non-pornographic) Just silly things.

People who are jerks or geeks or watever *other than 'normal' people* on the internet has no lives other than surfing and chatting online to strangers. Normal people means they lead a normal life, meaning have frens to hang out with, have frens to chat to online, social activities, sports, family & relationship, etc etc.......so there are many things to do.....

yep. thay are not the norm thay just stand out more. and this is a good place to let it out. and ther are a lot of mad pepole. and for good reason to. now i can do without jerks but i think im the bigest one iv ever met. ther are plenty of pepole to converse with. just need to know what thay want to talk about. or typ about. try a chat room thers a big difrence.

the internet is a communication device if you live there, its only an expression, if you are asking do normal people use the internet you might have to ask all of them to get a random sample of percentages

There are way too many out here. But that's what they like so they don't have to do it face to face. That scares them a little.
