When you browse the internet and see the photo, you can right click and choose "Save Picture As". Then you can download the photo.

Not sure about this one. Do you need a general person photo for a marketing project ? If so, I recommend looking at pictures from Getty Images. If you need a free image, you can download an image from Microsoft or an inexpensive photo image program from Office Depot, Staples, etc. Hope this helps.
