If a goal keeper gets a red card then they will be reduced to 10 men. And the team wont have a goalkeeper for the moment.. so they cant sub a goalkeeper...
So they will sub another palyer for a goal keeper..
After sub also the team will have 10 players...

He goes out off the field for the match.
The team has to play with 10 players.
No substitute goalkeeper is allowed to
play for him. Second goalkeeper is
allowed to be replaced, if the first one is
injured while playing.
The goalkeeper sent out with a red card
is not allowed to play the next match as well.
The team can make anyone stand at the goal,
but he would not be allowed to touch the ball with hands
as done by a regular goalkeeper.

he goes out of the pitch
and the manager will have to take one player at another position off to replace him with the sub goalkeeper
*One time it's so fun, Jens Lehmann got a red card coz he argued with one of his Dortmund TEAMMATE! So the manager ask Jan Koller, who's playing a striking role at that time to be a goalkeeper. And then about 85 minutes passed...while Koller was a goalkeeper, he went up the pitch to help his teammates and guess what ----HE SCORED A GOAL!!!!!!!!
It's amzing!! Hope you enjoy:)
