It is sad when stupid people answer these questions with stupid answers. NEWSFLASH these are serious questions that, in my opinion, warrant serious answers. Now to the question, I think that the fiber that comes in the for of psylluim husk is probably a good start because it adds much needed fiber in your system. Also there are the various pills and powders at GNC which probably will all work, but don't use laxitives.

One of the best things for the colon is fiber and acidophiles items like yogurt.

Not only is "colon cleansing" completely theraputically worthless, it can also cause fatal infections and electrolyte imbalances.
