You know, it depends on the individual. Tenka-ippin is the most famous in Kyoto. I like Yokozuna and Rairai-ken. They are all chain restaurants. Personally daichu is the best. It's near my house. 13 minutes walk from my home.

Each house has different taste.

You could go to a different ramen restaurant every day and you probably couldn't go to all of them in one year.

There are several that are good. Don't be shy. Ask around.
