This is a tough situation because he is your dad and you look up to him (I'm assuming). But encouraging you to go into the adult film industry is absolutely outrageous and not father-like at all. I think that you should get a new manager who respects you more and will not pressure you into doing anything you don't feel comfortable with.

It's not that new, and it's not really done by celebs. Pink Cheeks salon in LA performs this service mostly for porn stars and normal women who just want an evenly toned anus.
