Take it to a farm animal vet.

If the animal can't walk legally you are not supposed to butcher it. You don't know what is wrong with it and it may have a disease that makes the meat inedible. I would recommend calling your vet. They usually make farm calls and will come to your farm/house.

It depends how big it is and how it's hurt. If it's near butcher size (250#) then that'd be a solution. Without knowing the injury it's hard to say.

If this is a serious question, take it to a vet specializing in farm animals.

If this is a joke question, eat it.

I would bandage the injured part and then take it to see the vet. If I have to take it home, I will agree and nurse it back to health.
