I need to go some where in the usa thatg is dirt cheap even if it is a 3 world country and that does not extradite not in the usa to keep a very very low profile must have ocean beaches 165 thousand must last me the rest of my life

Sounds like you are running from the law or something so I'm not going to help you. You need to face up to your responsibilities. There are no third world countries in the US because the US is a country on its own. You are going to lose all the way around if you keep running.
