I am trying to locate the current home address of a person in Phoenix. I don't want to pay for the information. He owns a business. I have tried all the regular routes. I have tried the reverse lookup, the qwestdex.com thing, all of it. I even tried Classmates.com!
I need some reliable information on how I can do this.

I would either use zabasearch.com. or anywho.com, or the Phoenix white or yellow pages. E-mail me the info and I will help you.
