I don't live there but suggest the word WORTH is very specific to who owns/sells and who wants/buys.

Even in your very local area I'm sure agerage prices vary, and it only has to do with VALUE to whoever wants the property.

Certainly many factors control the price of that acre,,,IE: Location, development around it, Roads, sewage, elect available, etc etc etc.

"Worth" is truly all about what the market will bear, and might be vastly different from what a buyer/seller believe.

This is not a question you want answered with a serious answer on the internet. To obtain a serious answer you could ask a realtor to look at comparable sales in the neighborhood. You could go into a real estate web site in your area and see what listings are there at what price. If there are real estate booklets in front of stores where you live you could pick up several and look at those to see if anything in the area is listed. Or go to a real estate office and pick up a booklet there. Also look in the real estate ads in your local newspaper.
