I loved the views and ocean seen from the NORTH of the island. Driving around Oahu by car is a real pleasure.
What I DON'T like is the difficulty to find a place to park downtown and along Waikiki beach.

I have been but only for a few days in Waikiki. Very cool island. Loved the beaches, shops, people and restaurants. Would like to go back and get to the less commercialised islands with natural beauty.

I loved it.... I was there for three years.... you can learn alot about island cultures.... customs ... traditions.... and other Pacific Rim societies
