i,ve know this guy for 3 years we talk all the time we have great coversations and everything.he got really attached to me from the beginning he also has really low self esteem.the last time we spoke we had a great convoand he repeatedly tole me he would call me the next day so that we could get together and hangout which he was really excited about but yet i havent heard from him since and its been 2 months.the reason i dont want to call him is because he has done dumb thigns of this nature before but never for this long of a time.what i wanna know is why would he do something like this when he swears up and down that he loves me? i mean if he doesnt want to be my friend any more he should at least let me know right ?

look if u know him since last 3 years n he is a gud frnd i guess its wud nt b a gud deal to lose him for a misunderstanding.....which i feel is the probable case. hav faith in u n ur relationship wid him. pick up ur phone n giv him a call rite away. bt dont talk anything abt him nt calling or anything. just speak to him in general abt how he is n all. ur talk with him will let u know if he is interested in being frnds wid u or nt. n if u still hav some confusion next time u cal him up speak to him frankly ntell him watever u want to.
if u feel he is nt interested then just let him go. coz if u will hold on to him it wud b difficult for u as it will lower down ur self esteem n u'll start wondering things like::"did i told him something wrong?" "y isn't he speakin to me" "is there somethin wrong wid me etc."" so its always better to drop a relationship wen u cant get anything out of it.
above all hav trust in urself. beleive n hav faith that u r perfect coz God makes no mistakes. so he wud b an idiot nt being ur frnd.
do tell me wat u think of wat all i told u.

You should call him and talk to him. Guys are afraid of relationships just like we are. Mabye he's just waiting for you to make the first move. As far as him not wanting to be your friend anymore...i think you need to tell him how you really feel and then go from there.

I don't believe he has to let you know anything. On the other hand, if you care for him call him up and find out how is he doing and find out yourself whether he still wants to be your friend. Don't let ego bother you all. Good Luck...!!!
