k, I'm drunk, but I understood it perfectly. The doctor in need of doctoring requested that particular doctor because he like the way that that doctor doctors. So, he should definitely doctor the doctor in the way that he would usually doctor a doctor, as opposed to the way that he would assume the doctor who needs doctoring doctors doctors. Am I right?

The doctor who is doctoring the doctor will doctor the way they feel can heal the doctor. The doctor will not doctor the way the doctor who is seeing them doctors because thats the way the doctor treats his own patients may not work for the doctor. Any good doctor will treat other doctors according to each doctors symptoms and medical histories. It would be like the doctor doctoring the doctor for stomache because the doctor said his stomache hurt and another doctor had the same problems but this doctor may in fact have a different issue.

This is a tongue twister, and there is no official answer for it. But, the answer is obvious. He doctors the way the doctor who doctors doctors. He could use his patient's methods for doctoring, but it would be better use the methods of a doctor who treats other doctors.
