Tell her that you fell in love with who she is, you don't think she needs anything done, and if she does get anything you'll support her.

your wife might be experiencing a low self-esteem right now or she just wanted to change herself a lilttle bit more so that you'd love her more. maybe you shold openly show your love towards her, tell her that you love her and will always do not matter what she looks like as you had fallen in love with her inner beauty and not outer beauty. otherwise, if she really needs and wants plastic surgery for complicated situations, i'd say, go for it!

my own personal opinion abt plastic surgery is that ppl get it done for superficial reasons...just be happy w/ the way god made u!
but if plastic is the only way to make someone feel good abt themselves, then i say go for it. might as well try it out. but they may eventually find out that they're still just as unhappy.
