which band is better? Stone Temple Pilots or Pearl Jam?

and if you dont know STP, and you like Pearl Jam, you should check out STP, cuz youd like them too.

i like pearl jam a lot, but my friends overrate them, i like STP way more

P E A R L J A M !!!!!!!!
I have seen them both live. Pearl Jam was and is 50 times better than STP. Don't get me wrong. I do like STP, but Pearl Jam is still playing some kick a$$ shows. I know because I just seen them last night.

Pearl Jam is much better. They are stillalive and kicking, which I can't say the same about STP. Scott Weiland wishes he could be half the lyricist that Vedder is. I have every CD, and have listened to them thorughly. Core is okay, but it sounds like a ripoff of Pearl Jam's Ten. Purple is stellar, and their best release. Tiny Music is a good change for them. No. 4 was alright, and Shangri La Dee Da was pretty bland. So, all in all, they have two great CD's, and buch of mediocre ones. Pearl Jam has Ten, Versus, Vitalogy, No Code, and their self-titled. They are all greta releases. Yield, Binaural, and Riot Act are on the same level, just alright. There is no arguing it, Pearl Jam is better. I however, do like STP more, and they get more play time from me.

i have heard some stp and they are ok but i have to go with pearl jam on this one.
Life Wasted is a good song in a way.
World Wide Suicide is ok too.
I just need to listen to Stp more in order to become a bigger fan of their songs but i didn't say they suck or ne thing i just wanna listen to more of the music before comparing to pearl jam but both bands are ok!

Pearl jam has been around longer and still make good music but i would rather listen to STP even though they split.

I like STP alot, however, in my book...no band ever has or ever will even come close to finding a place in my heart anywhere near Pearl Jam. Eddie, Stone, Mike, Matt, and Jeff are my boys!!!

i love STP but if i had to choose between stp and Pj i'll have to go with pearl jam.
