And besides, it hurts, HURTS a lot when I get my feet flat on the floor. That's like a recipe for more cramps.

Yes, I do wear high heels, but they're only 2 to 3 inches. Most of my friends wear 4-inch heels even more, they've been wearing them for longer, and they've got nothing wrong with their feet! (We're all the same age, 18). Is it the type of shoe that matters? They wear pumps and such but I wear strappy sandals without ankle support.

But what can I do? Yes, I want to get rid of those shoes and never wear anything like them again, but seeing as it hurts to have my feet flat, I don't know if going back to flip flops and sneakers will be a good idea.

wearing heels EVERY day will stretch you tendons and muscles eventually. think about it for a second, your heels are off the ground and more weight is being put on your toes and balls of your feet. they can also harm you back if you continuously wear them. I used to wear heels all the time too, and now I have all kinds of problems with my back and ankles. doc said it was from the heels. get some goos sneakers with an arch support and put those feet up as often as possible.

You need to find a shoe with good arch support. I have the same trouble and I was told absolutely not to wear flip flops for extended periods of time because they provide no arch support. I had heel pain and pain in my arch and it was all caused by the types of shoes I was wearing. Try to find shoes that provide you with more arch support and this should help stop the pain.

you shouldn't be wearing high heels EVERY DAY. I wear high heels on some days but also sneakers on other days. wearing high heels every day does make your legs and feet hurt. also, flip flops aren't good on your feet too because they don't have support for your feet (notice that they are completely flat). you should buy shoes and sandals that have good padding and support.

You could try a calcium magnesium vitamin blend in order to get some flexibility back into your tendons. Magnesium is what the Dr perscribed me when I was getting a lot of leg cramps, and within 2 days they stopped.
