I am trying to order this book on-line from Amazon.com. Is it safe to make transactions on-line from this website? The book that I am trying to order cost $9.70 it's a paperback book. I was ask to enter my credit card number. But before I make this transaction I wanted to know the whole total plus shipping but I wasn't given the whole total. Is there a number I can call to ask them for the total? Thanks to all of you who can help me!!!!!!

It should give you the whole total before you finalize the transaction. Amazon is very reliable, we purchase from them all of the time.

Amazon has an https or secure web site, so their security is pretty good. They will give you a full price just before you confirm the order. The biggest security worry you should have is at your own end. Are you on a wireless network? Is it secured with a password? Do you have anti hacker software? If the answer to these questions are yes, then feel free to order from Amazon. I have for the past 4 years, and have NEVER had a problem.

Amazon is as safe as anything on the net right now. I've done scores of transactions with them and never had a problem. If you order more than $25 of stuff the shipping is free.

Once you choose your shipping method, you will be able to see your total and then you will be asked to confirm that you want to purchase the item. Your card will not be charged until you confirm your order. Amazon is safe. I have ordered numberous books from the site and I am very pleased.

I've ordered from them and have had no problem. The whole total should be coming up on the final page before you complete the order. You are probably going to have to put in your credit card info before it brings you to this page.

Yes its safe. Once they ask you for your credit card info, you are transferred to a secured site so third parties can't see what you're doing. I've been ordering from Amazon for years and I've never had a problem. Happy reading!

For awhile, they just keep the number. When you get to the final stage before you pay, they'll tell you the total. If you get 25 dollars worth of stuff though, they ship it for free. That's something to think about too.

I love Amazon. Not only is it safe, but you can find anything and everything. I shop there 3-4 times per month. Fast delivery, quality products, and easy refunds and returns.
