When I was younger and in my twenties my perods were the same. I would bleed 2 days tops, not very heavy and no cramps to speak of...be greatful....we are the lucky ones.
My doctor told me it had to do with hormones and body type and not to worry about it. He told me if I were bleeding heavily then to contact him. He told me I just got lucky.

my cycle is like that too, I'll go for 3, stop for one, go one more day, almost predictable. I'm on the pill too, and I stop taking the pill for the week I'm supposed to be on my period, (on Sunday) but don't start till Wednesday, by then sometimes I forget I'm supposed to have a period...so sometimes I forget to have something with me when I leave home....which is my worst inconvenience from having a period at all, so I have NOTHING to complain about

I don't have a diagnosis for you, but I for consolation purposes, I have a friend that has messed up cycles too. She can go months without a period and without warning get it, be it for a few days or weeks, it's just strange. She wants to go to the doctor to see if there aren't any problems with her uterus or something. Don't officially worry until you get told to by a doctor.

I have never had anything like that before, but i did have where my period did not stop. I was stupid because i bled for about a month and a half. when i went to the doctors, my blood level was like 4 and when i went to the gyno, i ended up having cysts on my ovaries. i was able to get it fixed fortunately but do not wait like i did, go to your doctor as sson as possible.

I had a period that only lasted for a day once. I don't know what that was about, but I also at times skip periods. Who know's. I'll just have to bring it up at my next doctors visit. But i doubt anything is wrong.

It depends how old you are. Maybe your starting to go through menopause. I'm 43 and that is exactly what my cycles are doing. My mother went through it when she was 38. Your doctor can run a blood test.

Nope mine has never been like that. Sounds very ineteresting. How many months has this been going on? Is it always like this or is this the first time? Have you ever had a "regular" period? Maybe you should consult a doctor...?

I don't know how old you are...but you might need to take something like a birth control pill to regulate your period...so if I were you I'd go see your doctor and tell your doctor what's going on and you and your doctor can discuss different birth controls to help get yourself regulated.

I've never had one like that, but I'm sure you're okay. I'd check w/your doctor to make sure. Maybe the pill would help you regulate your cycles.
