Sign in in Y msgr, then on rhs u have a blue symbol with white background.(Its near the send button where u type the IM) Click on the send button & click share my yahoo avatar & select small/large image as per your need.

Or in Y msgr select the "messenger" menu,then click on "My Display Image" & select share my Yahoo avatar.This will be then your default image & you can change it if you need.

Click on "My Q&A" it take you to your personal section. Click on "Edit My Info" and go from there. You will see where you can add your Avatar.
