Pokemon Ruby HELP NEEDED ?

Question

I have all 8 Gym badges.But I cannot find sky pillar where i have
to battle Elite four and catch pokemon Rayquaza.
Where it is located?
How to Go there ?
Can U Advice which type of attacks will be useful in battling Elite four?

sky pillar and the elite four are in two different places... the elite four you have to surf all the way to the right from mossdeep and go through the cave, victory road

Can be taken after u defeat The Elite 4

Location : East of Pacifidlog north side of Route 131
Available Pokemon : Golbat, Dusclops, Claydoll, Altaria

At this tower u'll need a Mach Bike to pass the crack on the floor, there's
some floor that will come very tricky, but if u made to go to the top, u'll
meet Lv.70 Rayquaza(this Pokemon're really pain in the ***>_<, i spent
almost 90 Ultra Ball).

A fire pokemon comes in handy for most of the elite 4

however, for the ice person, you may also want a grass type against here water/ice type pokemon

also, you may need an ice attack for the dragons as that is the only thing that is super effective against them

You can't find the SKY PILLAR !?
I'll help U ..... So easy !

Before you even think to go to the Sky Pillar, make sure you have the Mach
Bike. You'll need this to get past the Sky Pillar's traps.

Now that that's said, Fly to Pacidflog town. In the last house, there is an old
man who will talk about Mirage Island. The Sky pillar isn't it, but it is in
the same direction as Mirage Island. Surf the way the old man is looking,
making sure to keep at the top of your screen. Soon, you'll break off and find
an area you haven't seen before. Keep going and you'll find the Sky Pillar. Enter.

The Sky Pillar is home to some powerful Pokemon, all of them are around level
50, so be prepared. Every other floor will have cracks in them. You have to be
at full speed on the Mach Bike to cross them. This is VERY difficult and can
take many tries. I suggest riding on the Cycling Road, without stopping, and
not hitting the people in there. If you can do this, then you should have no
problem getting across the Sky Pillar's traps.

Once you get to the top floor, you'll see Rayquaza. Talk to him to initiate a
battle.

--Fighting Rayquaza--

Rayquaza is one of the toughest Pokemon you'll fight. He is level 70 and thus
probably higher than most of your pokemon. He is Dragon/Flying, so an Ice type
skill, such as Ice Beam, will seriously damage this Pokemon. Just don't kill
it. Rayquaza is ridiculously powerful, and you'll probably have to try many
times before you caneven get set up. Rayquaza has Rest so use Sleep so he can't
regain health.

Keep trying... patience is a virtue.

--Suggested Pokemon to battle Rayquaza:

Milotic Leftovers
~Marvel Scale
-Ice Beam
-Surf
-Recover
-Filler

Milotic here is a great Pokemon to use. It can Recover itself, and deal 4x SE
damage against Rayquaza. Use Surf to lower damage, though you shouldn't have
too much trouble with that. Just make sure to keepit asleep, as always.

RAYQUAZA CAN BECOME TOO DIFFICULT TO CATCH OTHERWISE. YOU MIGHT NEED TO USE
YOUR MASTERBALL ON HIM. JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE MEAN LOOK OR SOMETHING LIKE IT
TO CAPTURE THE DRAGONS.

Rayquaza and the Elite four are in different places.

To find Rayquaza you have to beat the Elite Four first

The Elite Four can be found in Evergrande City after beating
Victory Road.To get to Victory Road you need a pokemon
with Waterfall.The WaterFall Hm can be found in the
Cave of Origin.Once you beat the Elite four
the entrance to SkyPillar where Rayquaza is will be unlocked.
The pillar can be found a little east of Pacfilig Town
(floating town east of SLateport)
In order to get to Rayquaza you need a MachBike to go
over the cracks to reach him as well as slove the crack puzzle
In the end Rayquaza is at Lv.70 use your ultra balls for this
,it will take long though,once the battle takes longer than 10 turns
use timer balls.
Here is the Elite Four's main pokemon types to give you an idea
what there weaknesses is.
First:Dark
Second:Ghost
Third:Water/Ice
Fourth:Dragon/Flying
Champ:Rock/Steel/Ground/Psychic

u need too defeat the elite four for the sky pillar too appear and u need the mach bike. go too that (flooding) city( u know that place where theres no gym leader and where that lady want that bellossom.surf right until u see a opening path between the rocks on top and go there and u should see a building

i forget where you can catch rayquaza. can you describe that pokemon? for sky pillar, go back to your first town where you get pokemon.

and than use surfing power on the river on the right side.

For me the best attacks for Rayquaza to use is
-flame thrower
-dragon claw
-ice beam or blizzard
-fly

a lv 55+ Gyrados with blizzard, ice beam, hydro pump, and thunder(or thunderbolt) to capture Rayquaza

find skypillar halfway to the carribean islands,look for rock formations that lead you to an island p.s. next time either get it from your friends or look it up on internet
