Find a hobby that really interests you. Join a local citizens' group working for something you support - anything from a litter clean-up to preserving landscape etc. Go read a book in a local cafe, smile at people, ask them what they're reading, or their opinion on what they are eating before you order. Go for a walk, and chat. Be accessible, but not vulnerable.

to gain some friends are my problems too, but today i have gather some people i can call friends, and this is how i did.
at first i am so worried how to start one, you know i read lot of books about how to gain some friends books like "be the person you were meant to be" and other books but naturally people are born to engage to other people in the community. we are born to live with others. that's what i am thinking right now. without other people you will become lonely.
try to secure yourself with those thoughts that is considering other people and be yourself. friendship is essential to live.

When making new friends, start with fresh body parts. If you wait too long to dig up old friends, they will have started to decompose and that just makes a big mess in the lab.

Something really simple my older brother taught me: offer them some gum. It's a really small thing but it gives people the first impression that you're a great person.

Well, one way to start is. If you have any hobbies,join a group that is connected to your hobby. That way you will meet people with like interests.
