You really shouldn't get involved. I'm currently in that situation and it sucks......he may have feelings for you but you can find someone who is single, you really don't want to get with someone who flirts with girls while he is still married bc who knows in the long run, you might get married to him and he do the same thing to you.

Run.. Run for the hills. If he flirts with you, then he would have married you, not her.
Point is, he's married to her, goes home to her, sleeps with her, tells his day to her, and signed a contract with her in marriage, if he wants to flirt with you, and is interested, then tell him to get divorced, if he doesn't... You'll be number 2. Forever.

Bad idea....you still have to work with this guy even if it doesn't work out. Does he have children? Your relationship with him could affect them, too. It's like throwing a stone in water, the ripples go out and affect those you never even thought about. I know it's tempting, but you're playing with fire.

If you are a lose women then take the bait. Don't be surprise if the next day you will feel dirty and he ignores you. A basic rule- rub 2 sticks together and you will generate heat.

Stay away. No matter what the attraction or chemistry. He may just be flirting innocently, if so, that happens, but don't pursue him or let him pursue you. Women who think "even though he cheats on his wife, he won't cheat on me" are stupid.

He is MARRIED leave him alone until HE gets a divorce....he has a WIFE and maybe even children. DON"T be a HOMEWRECKER. IF and WHEN he gets a divorce than you can persue your relationship with him...but not BEFORE it just wouldn't be right.
