Can someone help me with my iTunes gift card?

i put the code in but it said it hasnt been activated. then i went back and got a new one and it said the same thing. HELP!

Where ever you bought it the cashier probably scanned it wrong. they have to scan it twice. there's two barcodes!

The cashier at the place you bought it has to run it through the thingy to activate it. Did ya steal it?
