You have to ask yourself what's more important: WHIP, ERA, W, or K. Each player has positives and negatives. While Sele's stats are the most impressive of the bunch (with the exception of K's), I don't think he's going to sustain the sub 3.00 era. He got lit by the Padres on June 13, losing 9 to 1. He only pitched 4 innings in that game. However, he plays on a strong team and if he gets any kind of run support will win between 15 and 20 games.
Cook is a promising young player who plays for the Rockies. While it isn't generally a good idea to draft Colorado pitchers, this year's staff is doing surprisingly well from an ERA standpoint. In terms of wins, he might peak at 15.
Nolasco has been pitching well of late and is a power arm who will rack up the strikeouts while not giving up a lot of runs (unless his equally young defense fails him). However since he is playing on a young team, he might only get 13 wins, but still have decent ERA, WHIP, and K totals.
Shields has promising upside especially with his devastating change-up. The Devil Rays are a solid team playing in one of the strong divisions. While I think it's possible for him to do well, I honestly don't think he's going to win more than 10 games.
With all that said, you have to decide what's more important to you. If ERA, WHIP and Ks are more valued than wins, go with Shields or Norlasco. If you want Wins, then go with Sele. I'd be leary of hanging on to Cook only because he plays in Colorado. With Summer starting and it getting hot up there, I think it's only a matter of time before his ERA/WHIP soars.

You should totally pick up on Aaron Sele. One Aaron for another. Especially after his briliant start today, he just has the good stuff. I foresee a possible championship looming with the Dodgers, haha!
