I'm not super big on names beginning with the same letters, rhyming names, etc. for twins. They have enough trouble growing up and being seen as individuals instead of a matched set (even when they're fraternal). But my favorite girl names right now are: Avery Grace and Hannah Aryn. Since I'm done having children (I have four) I won't be using them. It would be nice to think someone out there made use of them.

"Do not give names with the same first letter or sounding alike. This is corny and makes it difficult when you are trying to call them. I named my daughter Shannon and my sister is Sharyn. So the family will often call her sharyn as they sound alike and if your thinking it tends to slip out, so make sure the names are nothing alike each other or other family members. If they are identical it will be hard enough for them to carve out their own identities with people without having to deal with similar names. I also have twins and i didn't know if they were girls or boys i only new they were fraternal. (looking back now i should have guessed it was one of each as the ultrasound lady had too sex them for the report and I didn't want to know what they were but I asked are they fraternal or identical and she answered DEFINATLY fraternal. ) the girls names I chose were Shannon Taylor and Jordyn Jaimee. Wish i'd gone with Jordyn"
I second this answer, I have twin boys and their names are do not rhym, or sound the same, they do not begin with the same letter. Your children will be individuals and will want to be treated as such!

DIFFERENT NAMES! No rhymes or alliterations. Please, for the sake of your kids.

Choose two names that you like--the fact that they're twins shouldn't influence your choice of names. Just find two nice names.

i dont think twins should have names that are similiar to each other, i think they are 2 different people and there name will help them to achieve distinct personalities...i think you should look at your top 2 names if you were having one child and use those

good luck and congratualtions!!!!
