Why don't people ANYWHERE use their damn turn signals?!?! ARGH!

Because RI is the smallest state in the union and it only has one or two roads that are completely straight -- there are no turns. It takes 5-10 seconds to cross the span of the state - don't blink cause you will miss her. No, not really. Seriously, they're turn signal deficient in the Nevada as well -- it may be because of the heat or maybe they're all from RI originally.

Really, most people don't use there turn signals? I live in Illinois and only sometimes they don't us there's, but I hate that when they are rude and uncaring about the driver behind them. so I feel your pain.

Everybody knows each other and knows where they are going, so there's no need to use the turn signal.
