ok my mom has like manchas on her face wat do u recomend bsides a dermotoligest or any of that shet ? oh and a mancha is like a dark brown spopy please help she wants to get rid of them oh and if u can tell me wat store to get it at thanks and much much

there really isnt anything to do about those. I think some people get microdermabrasion treatments from the doctor. I don't think there is a drugstore creme that really makes a difference though.

well get a lot of acne cream and then get cleaner. any kind and it`s gone.
