HIV virus is most commonly transmitted in the following ways:

having sex (oral, vaginal or anal) with an infected person

receiving blood from an infected person

accidental injury with infected item, such as an infected needle

infected mothers to their babies in certain cases

sharing needles in drug usage with an infected person

but - it does not get transmitted in casual contact such as shaking hands etc.Since there is a transference of body fluids during oral sex the Aids virus can be transmitted during this act. Blood, semen, male pre-seminal fluid (***) and female vaginal fluid could contain the virus and the cells in the mucus membranes in your mouth could allow the virus to enter your body and in this way infect you..Contracting aids from getting a bjob - receiving oral sex
Should you receive a b job, you can contract the virus should your partner be HIV infected.
Continuous French kissing could damage the skin of the mouth, gums or lips, and for this reason the CDC advises against kissing an infected person in this way, since the disease can be carried in saliva.

But to keep things in perspective, the concentration of the aids virus in saliva is low, but if one of the participants do have broken skin, there can be a possibility of transmission.

Depends on who has the HIV virus. If the male has the virus and the female ingests any ejaculate she can get the virus. If the female has the virus, the chances are greatly reduced of the male getting it, but it is not impossible. There are no know cases of transmission by saliva, but if she has a cut in her mouth or her gums bleed, then the virus could be transmitted to the male, especially if he has an open cut or scrape in the area.

If the male or the female has HIV then yes. Any kind of exchange of bodily fluids will spread HIV. Do not do anything with someone unless they have been tested and you know they don't have it!!
