i play basketball proffesionally and my left knee is losing power on a running jump ...although when i jump off my vertical everythings fine....does anyone suggest anything to help me regain some strength on my left knee ? thanks a bunch

go to your doctor...he will be able to help the most.

i would do running jumps (just touching the rim) until failure...eventually, your knee will regain strength.
