If you're really a pro, your team should have a staff of physicians and trainers to help you, so why are you asking a bunch of cyber strangers?
My son's trainer has them do jumps where they propel themselves forward, as well as the typical vertical leaping. You might also want to do some lunges (forward, side and rear) favoring the left, if that's weaker than the right.

Have you ever sustained any trauma to your left knee? If so, you should have an MRI to determine the extent of any injury that may have occured to the cartilage or ligaments. You didn't mention pain -just weakness - if you are in pain you could have some tendonitis in the knee which would also contribute to the weakness. If I were you I would see a medical professional.

if you're left handed then probably it's normal
if still normal when playing long time ago, do some f*cking exercise that involves the strength of the knees (jumping ropes, running, sit and reach, etc.)

see an athletic physyotherapist and chiropractor, they are the experts. You may have a small amount of torn cartilage in your knee and require Arthroscopic surgery. you probably need to do balance exercises.

Go see a chiropractor. If your spine is out of wack, it can press in on nerve endings and cause weakness. I know because I have experienced it and my strength is back.
