i bought a used psp and i dont have the password to the internet can any 1 help me please??

this guy i bought it from put his password on there and i dont know the guy so i can not get it from him and i dont know it so i need to know how to make a different password

Never buy from random people when it comes from things like that. If you bought it from Ebay, complain. It can't count as delivered if it was incomplete. Without the necessary password, it is not complete.
