i have been on the pill for 3 mos and i get my period i week BEFORE i start the iron pills, i that abnormal?

the pill i'm on is called OVCON. Instead of starting to bleed right after i start the iron i start a light flow about 5-6 days before i even start the iron, so basically start my period 1 week before i'm really supposed to.

that is rather odd. i start mine about 3 days into the placebo's. talk to your doctor?

It can take as long as 6 months for your menstrual cycle to get fully regulated. Be sure that you are not confusing your body - take your pill at the same time every day (even if you have to set an alarm to remind you).
