Small eyes are not ugly. Your eyes can only be ugly if you made them up that way. Don't worry about it.
How to make your eyes appear larger: Remember, light tones protrude, so you want to bring light to your eyes. Stroke a neutral shadow in a light shade in the crease of your lid above your iris. If you want color, stroke the neutral on first - bone, vanilla, taupe - and then layer the color on top. It lights up they eye as if there were a lightbulb behind the lid. Or stroke a light color on the lids, with a darker color in the crease and along the upper and lower lash lines. Or use eyeliner to follow the natural shape of the eye and draw a fine line at the base of the upper and lower lashes to give your eyes more definition.

There are no ugly eye shapes. The eyes are the windows to the soul, so it's the feelings that show in the eyes that make them pretty or not so pretty.

I personally have almond shaped eyes and they're big..lol but small eyes are not ugly..just work with what you have...girls complain about a down side in their looks but if we just work with what we have than no one will notice.

No everyone is beautiful in their own way. The best thing for make up tips is going to a pro. If you can't afford one, then go to your local mall, in a Dillards, all those ladies doing make up? They can do yours and give you a facial for free (just buy some make up so that you don't waste their entire time.) They'll give you lots of tips on caring for your face and make up.

maybe you should extend your liner on the sides of your eyes to make them look bigger. I heard silver makes and blue makes brown eyes pop

small eyes are not ugly. just use a darker shadow (dark brown, perhaps) right above your top lash line, and don't apply eyeliner too thick--that'll make them look smaller.

the eye shape that is unattractive to me is slanted, you know it looks like a slit in the face with a tiny opening where the person can see out of

all eyes are nice . u can go with black liner followed by blue shadow and finally silver/pink .
