they're two entirely different kind of hero
batman is the cool, leader, gadget, bond type hero
spiderman is an unlucky, talkative, mischievous mutant with danger sense ( which is the ultimate skill in a superhero in my book)

Batman is way better. He has no superpowers and is therefore the pinacle of human achievement. yes he has way too much money and a bunch of gadgets but even without that stuff still has one of the finest minds in comic books. (obviously this is quite silly). peter parker just got lucky (they are both orphans so neither is actually very lucky). without the gadgets batman would still be a great detective. without the spider bite spiderman would just be a simpering teenager.

Ok let me clear it for all of you on here. Spiderman may be smart, agile with da powers of a spider and **** talks to his opponents but remember Batman is human and smart and is a fight machine and hand to hand would slap spidey around oh on da **** talkin it wouldn't work remember batman have that in da joker who is crazy.

Batman is better than spider-man. Sure Spider-man does have super human strength but batman kicks but the old fashion way.
