Please make a doctor's appointment. This is not normal so you have an issue that only he/she can diagnose.

Common Causes Return to top
Together, frequent and urgent urination are classic signs of a urinary tract infection. Since inflammation reduces the bladder's capacity to hold urine, even small amounts of urine cause discomfort.
Diabetes, pregnancy, and prostate problems are other common causes of these symptoms.
Other causes include:
Interstitial cystitis (an ongoing inflammation of the bladder that is much more common in women than men; often difficult to diagnose and treat)
Diuretics and many other medications
And, less commonly:
Radiation therapy
Bladder dysfunction
Bladder cancer

Try to eat foods with sodium and keep your fiber intake constant. Don't overdo the sodium or you will get dehydrated and that will be worse. But sodium may help in small amounts

I think you should talk to the dr, you might have some sort of stone that shifts and blocks the urine from coming out.
