Well, a "home run" is without question "going all the way" ....having sex.
I'd say that "first base" is kissing, more than just a polite, obligatory peck goodnight. "Second" and "third" aren't usually clearly defined, but I'd say that "second base" would be making out, and so "third base" would probably be the heavy making out with groping and hands that wander under someone's clothes.... basically everything but "home base."

1st base is like holding hads or closed mouth kissing 2nd base is like french kissing and on top of the clothes stuff 3rd base is under the clothes stuff, heavy petting. Home run is going "all the way" as some would call it. Hope this helps.

Ok, this is what I always thought, 1st base-hand holding 2nd-kissing 3rd-oral sex Home-all the way which i guess for both it isn't always a home run, but hopefully it is so there can be another hit!!
