Pull the top of with your fingernails, squeeze out the crap inside, disinfect, and repeat the process in the morning.

Getting a zit off your nose isn't easy at all. You need to wash your face on a regular basic and when you do that take a cotton ball and put soap on it and rub it good on your nose then proceed to rinse well, after that use a lot of lotion. Scrub your nose good, but never use your finger nails because of the bactria you have in them.

squeeze the gunk out and clean it good and don't touch it or rub it or anything. just leave it alone. and try not to eat much sweet foods.
