No. Everybody does that.
That's your ego talking to your alter ego.
The word ego is taken directly from Latin where it is the nominative of the first person singular personal pronoun and is translated as "I myself" to express emphasis.

An alter ego (from Latin, "other I") is another self, a second personality or persona within a person.

No I don't think you're crazy. Lots of people talk to themselves. Sometimes you just need a sounding board for your thoughts and ideas. Every notice that you can call someone, unload your problems to them, they don't even say a word of advice, and you end up feeling better?
Why, just the othe day I had a good discussion with myself about sharing a room with a spouse. Through careful debate and deliberation with myself I came to the conclusion that it is unnatural to share a bedroom with a spouse. People only do it because their parents did and everyone they know does it. I think it's been done in the past to save space and money, and it caught on. But I feel we all need to have space to call our own. Coupes see and share too much of each other and I think this contributes to the rising divorce rate. When I get married I plan to have my own room and my husband can come it when he wants sex and then can go back to his own room. Who wants someone kicking around in their bed all night?

No you are not crazy. Sometimes it is the only way to sort out a problem. Your inner voice was telling you the solution all the while , but you chose to ignore and talking to yourself brings the solution to the surface.

No, I do not think so, some people try to resolve querys, by gesticulating, pacing up and down, scratching their head, looking up with squinted eyes and curled up lips, and your way of coping is talking to yourself; if it is simply this, there is nothing wrong with it. Now if you hear voices other than your own, and that your "consciousness" tells you they are phantom voices, then it would be worth going for a consultation. Many people do this, but often times, very privately, and hardly if not minimally audible..

It's strange to have conversations with yourself. Talking a little out loud when no one else is there, that's normal. Having conversations is not. Go seek couseling or call the police and tell them about the bodies beneath your house.

No you are not crazy.I do it too.! I think that it helps to hear yourself speak and work things out verbally. Sometimes you just can't work things out silently in your mind so you speak it out loud and it helps tremendously! This is the way I look at it. I've solved a whole lot of problems this way. You have a lot of company on this one believe me.

Not at all. If you start fighting with yourself and someone wins then you might have a problem ( I am just kidding)
No sorting things out by yourself is a great way to handle things. Keep it up.

Of course you're not crazy. Everybody has their own methods of tackling an issue and that is yours. It happens to be mine, too. I sometimes "discuss" it with myself when I'm trying to figure out the best method to complete a task. Don't worry about it....you're fine.

Many people talk to themselves, there is something called Metacognitive processing in which we picture ourselves problem solving and a lot of people talk to themselves during this process to help make things clearer

NO, You are rationalizing. And sometimes it helps to do it out loud, quietly though, please, others are trying to think as well. For whatever an opinion is worth, I think it shows a high order of thinking. I don't hold conversations with myself, i think i am too boring, but i do see how things sound out loud sometime.
