So I have a new boss at my catering services job at my college, she has me work over my 20hrs a week with my classes, she is a terrible boss, very rude and ungreatfull. Any suggestions? I know I need to ask for less hours.

look for a new job, that is if you think you really can't take her or get along with her because chances are you'd be at the losing end if that's the case.

Suck up to her. Get on her good side. Find any good qualities or at least pretend. There's nothing worse than a boss you hate. I've had plenty of them. I usually just end up finding a new job in the long run. Good luck!

have a good talk with your manager ,express your feelings and disapointments in a polite manner. or find another job.But confronting the boss will not give 'em the right to fire you.Just use the open doors.your boss got to have a boss 'em self.Talk to his or her boss and make a complaint.

SMILE..........everytime she is rude bite your tongue & just smile, be as nice as you can. That will get her more than anything else. Get all the info you can about customers & start your own business when the time is right. Good luck.

Honey you can get alot of little odd jobs for 20 hrs. Tell her you don't need her negativity and that you quit. Thats if you want to quit. Now me, I would tell her to stuff it where the sun don't shine... LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do what any one would do. Suck up to her and do anything she says.Then, slip a sleeping pill in her coffee and get her drunk and then ask her.
