First of all, there would most likely be about $7000 taken for taxes, leaving only $13,000. I'd have to invest most of it into a tax-defered shelter to retrieve some of the $7k back.

Retirement plans or real estate.

If you buy a car for $20k, in ten years it'll be worth about $2500. Not good.

Real estate generally appreciates, so I'd have to go with that for an average person out there. No modulars or mobile homes. They are like cars...they generally depreciate.

If you are working and have good credit, it'd make a great downpayment on a nice house....if you bought a $100,000 house, in ten years it would probably be worth around $118,000-$125,000. You could have as much as $45,000 in ten years if you sold (also depends on how much your house appreciated).

First I would give 10% to my church
second I would get My children and Husband new clothes
third I would get My family a car to drive
Fourth I would put in savings for school...

I would pay off some bills. Donate some to charity. Invest some. And go on a mini vaca (even if it just a day trip.)

Some goes to my daughter's college fund, some to my retirement fund. Then I'd buy a better computer with the rest.

I'd pay off my credit cards and then send the rest to pay off *some* of my student loans.

i would spend most of the money for business n investation so the money will be more n more so i could use the money for my entire life n not just wasted in vain

I would buy a car..take my girls shopping and let them buy what ever they want without me saying no..i have to do that now since i am on a tight budget

Pay off bills and then go on a huge vacation! Lol!!! Oh, and one thing...I don't pay bills yet! I'm not old enough. But I would help my parents pay the bills...yeah that's good. And THEN go on vacation. Lol!!!
