How do I look at old copies of the Dedham Transcript ( June 15, 1956)?

Contact the newspaper itself....they very likely have a complete record of back copies and may have a service to provide copies of articles and such to the public for a fee. They do have a phone number to call for back issues (508-626-3990), but I'm not sure that would include issues that far back! However, they may know who can help you...

P.S. I've been assuming you're talking about Dedham, MA? If so, just so you know, the name of the paper has changed to the Daily News Transcript.
